Valley Vapes Warranty:
NO warranty on atomizers or cartomizers. These warranties apply to all replacement parts and accessories unless specified on the product details. If a customer's product fails within the specified periods of the date of purchase because of manufactures defect and requires warranty service, Please contact us at sales@valleyvapes.com. Please See Returns and Warranty for return instructions. Valley Vapes will test your item for manufactures defects. Products that do have a Manufacture defect, a new replacement item will be shipped back to our customer at our cost. If Valley Vapes determines that there were no defects with the item or the defect was caused by misuse or mishandling the customer will not receive a replacement item and will be contacted for return mailing instruction. The customer will responsible for the return shipping costs. Unopened Items may be returned for in-store credit minus 15% restocking fee and all shipping and handling costs.

Returns and Warranty:
If you would like to return a defective product for a replacement, please contact Valley Vapes at sales@valleyvapes.com immediately to request item to be returned. Please provide as many details as possible, including ORDER#, Full Name, Address, Phone Number, and REASON for the return. You will be given a return approval either by phone or email confirmation. The customer has two weeks to return items from the time of approval. Return confirmation become void after two weeks and items will not be replaced. Customer is responsible for shipping cost to Valley Vapes and return shipping cost of non-warranty items. Customer MUST ship in proper packaging (Bubble mailer or USPS priority box) so that the package arrives intact. If it is NOT PROTECTED properly and we receive damaged or loss product, you will not receive a replacement. The customer will be given the option of paying for return shipping of damaged package. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Valley Vapes shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
