As such, we collect sales tax from all Texas residents as required by law.
I do charge a handling fee of $1.00 per order. I try to keep my prices the lowest on the internet and the $1.00 per order fee covers my purchases of boxes and packaging material. I don't inflate my prices to cover such things.
We ship Monday through Friday (Excluding Holidays). Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing (Excluding weekends and Holidays). We're located in a small town, and our local Post Office is closed on Saturday.
Once your package has been turned over to the carrier (US Post Office, UPS etc.) it is no longer under my control. I offer the option (mandatory on purchases over $75.00) to purchase insurance. If you do not purchase insurance and your package is misdelivered, not delivered or damaged it will not be replaced. Therefor I advise all my customers to purchase insurance. If you have purchased insurance, please contact me and I will assist you in filing a claim for your item(s).
We ship via US Mail. Express Mail, Priority Mail and First Class Mail are available. For Expedited shipping we use FedEx.
If you need shipping via UPS, be aware there is a $10.00 surcharge for UPS to come pick up your package from my location. On occasion, I may run Free Shipping promotions. Free Shipping will ship by the most inexpensive method and is available only to my US customers.
At this time, Valley Vapes direct ships merchandise to locations within the United States and Canada only. We DO ship Globally however through our shipping partner, International Checkout. Just select International Checkout from your shopping cart. International Checkout forwards my merchandise to your destination via Express Delivery. Most items will be delivered in 4-6 days. Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the
items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the
"International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to
International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit
card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order,
including billing, shipping and customer service. Once your order is completed,
