The current order processing time is prominently posted on the website's home page. Q: Do you guarantee your punching will work for me. A: No, this is impossible to guarantee. There is a wide range of factors that determine how well a cartomizer will wick. Some of these are: Hole Size, Juice viscosity, ratio of PG vs VG, temperature etc. I highly encourage you to learn to punch cartomizers for yourself. You will find that the different flavors of juice you enjoy may work best with different numbers of punched holes and/or hole sizes. You can only determine this through experimentation. Q: Do you still offer free testing of all cartomizers? A: Unfortunately, I can no longer offer this service. It simply became too time consuming. On the plus side, Boge has very good quality control. Defects that are able to be found using a multi-meter were far less than 1% in the thousands of cartomizers I tested. I initially offered this service because I was concerned about a carto with a dead short. I found a total of 2. With that said, if you vape you really should use a multi-meter to test your cartos. Dead shorts on an unprotected mod and battery could be dangerous. Q: Why are your prices so much lower than the "other guys"? A: I started this company because I felt I was paying too much for certain items. I didn't start this company to try to get rich, but rather to sell good quality items at a reasonable price.
